Glenn is a specialist remote environment & expedition doctor who has accompanied expeditions to Antarctica, the Himalaya, the Andes, Irian Jaya, the Karakorum and the Arctic. He has also accompanied Hollywood film-maker James Cameron on three deep ocean expeditions including the 2012 Deep Sea Challenger Expedition to the bottom of the Marianas Trench.
In 2019 Glenn was the expedition physician on the Five Deeps Expedition to visit the deepest point of every ocean. Glenn has also worked as Medical Director on extreme endurance events such as the North Face 100, Six Foot Track Marathon and the Big Red Run (250 km through the Simpson Desert). In between expeditions, Glenn works in the Intensive Care and Emergency Departments at Albury & Wodonga Hospitals and is a senior lecturer in Expedition and Extreme Sports Medicine at the University of Tasmania.
